Reconditioned Marine Crane delivered to Ireland

	Thistlelift Fully Reconditioned BK7 Short Post Marine Crane c/w Thistle 24” W Power Block Head being delivered to Clogherhead Ireland this weekend for the MFV Argonaught IV c/o John Kerwin. (November 2011)

Fugro Seacore: Guerra Crane order is ready for testing at facilities in Spain.

	Model of Crane: M345.AC140-2. Kinshoffer Grabs have been delivered from Germany last week. Jason of Thistle Group / Marine went to the factory in Spain on the 10th October to inspect the crane and grab. (October 2011)

Vessel refurbishment for POS Fishing Ltd.

	Thistle Group / Marine are now into month 7 of the refurbishment contract. In September Thistle Group / Marine installed a new fish hopper and conveyor system and installed a new Jilson Winch. (October 2011)

Marine Crane Finally Sold

	Thistle Group / Marine Heila HLRM140.3S crane has finally been sold to Hallin Marine. The crane is being used for a Nigerian Project. Picture shows the crane on the test bed, being tested prior to installation on vessel. (October 2011)

Winch on Hire to New Client: EMU Ltd.

New Client: EMU Ltd. Hiring of Thistle CW6 Cable Winch c/w 45Kw HPU. In order for this hire to take place Thistle Group / Marine refurbished a winch that was in stock. Totally stripped, overhauled, modified, new electric driven motors, shotblast, prime and paint. Reassembled and load tested ready for hire. The winch is currently on Hire to EMU who have installed the winch on a workboat working off Holland/Germany. Click on photo to see larger image of refurbished unit. (October 2011)

Thistle Machine Shop / Old Deer

	The Machine shop at Old Deer is currently refurbishing a Lifting Winch for new client Calegeo and have completed numerous machining contracts for new company Flowline. Thistle Group-Marine are also in the process of giving the Old Deer depot a facelift with new windows, new roller shutter doors and a new insulated roof. (October 2011)

Work secured, IDP Shipyard, Belgium vessel Aegir

	Thistle Group (Marine) have secured an order for a split net drum and a single net drum with c/w controls etc. for the Belgian vessel Aegir. The order was secured through IDP Shipyard in Belgium. Work is underway to complete this order with a scheduled 8-10 week delivery period. (July 2011)

Crane acquisition order for Fisher Offshore

	Thistle Group (Marine) will provide Fisher Offshore with a refurbished Heila 70-3S Marine Crane c/w Dinamic SR60 winch. The last minute order needs to be ready for bolting onto a free issue skid. This crane acquisition by Fishers is to be added to their Hire Fleet for Offshore Supply. (June 2011)

Equipment Refurbishment for Subsea 7

	Thistle Group (Marine) have secured an order from Subsea 7 for the refurbishment of two Umbilical Winches. This will involve around 3 months work, valued at approximately £90k. (June 2011)
